Head of Finance, Legal Affairs & Administration at GrowthAfrica

Key Responsibilities:


Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting across all country operations
Oversee financial operations including reporting, compliance, audits, and cash flow management
Manage grant financial cycles and donor reporting
Design financial models and costing for funding proposals
Oversee legal affairs, contracts, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
Strengthen organisational systems for budgeting, procurement, and cost allocation
Support leadership decision-making through financial insights and analysis
Contribute to organisational strategy as part of the Senior Leadership Team


Who We're Looking For:


10+ years of progressive experience in finance, legal, or operations
At least 3 - 5 years in a senior leadership role
Strong experience in financial strategy, planning, and compliance
Experience in multi-country, donor-funded, or development environments is an advantage
Professional qualification (CPA(K), ACCA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent)
Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making capabilities
