Our client, a leading social enterprise, is seeking a Head of Finance & Procurement to lead financial strategy, sustainability, and operational excellence. Here are the ideal qualities of the candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CPA-K/ACCA required.
8 - 10 years in finance, including 4+ years in leadership.
Proven track record in financial compliance and financial systems design preferably in nonprofit or social enterprise settings.
Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and cost optimization.
