Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Fixed Broadband Business, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across our broadband services.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Lead and develop the broadband sales team.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve commercial objectives.
Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Monitor performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in Telecommunications, ISP, or broadband services.
Proven experience in B2C sales, business development, and team leadership.
Strong track record of achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Experience managing sales teams and building customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Bachelor's degree; technical qualifications are an added advantage.
