Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Insurance, Finance, or a related field; a Masters Degree (MBA, M.Sc. in Health Management, or Public Health) will be an added advantage with a minimum of 812 years of progressive experience, including at least 35 years in HMO or healthcare insurance leadership roles.
