Job Description
The Head of Hospitality Marketing is accountable for repositioning Sun International's hospitality portfolio to be relevant and competitive in the market.
This role drives revenue growth by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across hotels, food & beverage outlets, conferencing, and entertainment venues, with a focus on optimising commercial performance across key revenue streams.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, or related field required.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or Commerce highly advantageous.
10+ years' marketing experience within gaming, hospitality, retail, leisure, or entertainment environments.
Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in an executive marketing role.
Proven track record in campaign management, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Experience with customer segmentation, loyalty programmes, and CRM (advantageous).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
