Key Responsibilities
Lead housekeeping planning to maintain cleanliness standards
Recruit, train and supervise the housekeeping/laundry team
Manage departmental budget, linen & supplies inventory
Coordinate with Front Office & Maintenance
Monitor KPIs and compliance
