Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree (B.Sc. / HND) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field with 58 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration, preferably within the Microfinance Banking sector. Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is required.
