The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organisation has the right workforce, leadership capability, performance discipline, employee-relations framework, and practical HR systems required to operate safely, productively, and sustainably. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline with a minimum of 10 years of progressive, broad-based HR experience, including at least four years leading a substantial HR function or operating as a Senior HR Manager/HR Business Partner ready for full functional leadership.
