Jodazen Integrated Services - Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is recruiting to fill the position of: Head of Human Resources. The position is located in Victoria Island, Lagos State. Salary: N300,000 - N500,000 monthly. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline with at least 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Candidates with strong experience in manufacturing, factory HR operations, union management, and industrial relationswill be highly preferred and CIPM certification or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
