An Advertising / Branding / PR / Marketing Company is recruiting to fill the position of: Head of Human Resources. The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N600,000 N800,000 per month. The ideal candidate should be a critical thinker who thrives in complexity, leads with integrity, and has a demonstrated ability to build and sustain high-performing teams and organizations. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred; with 7 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership HR role.
