Job Objective

Are you ready to champion cross-functional collaboration and liaise between departments to ensure alignment? At Crown interactive, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing and Communication to lead our brand positioning, marketing strategy and communication efforts. This role will be responsible for driving awareness, engagement, and demand for our software products through effective branding, storytelling, and multi-channel marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing, product positioning, and digital communication strategies.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership


Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the company's vision, growth targets, and revenue goals.
Lead brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across all channels.
Advise executive leadership on marketing trends, market insights, and reputational risks.


Marketing & Demand Generation


Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through integrated marketing campaigns.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives including website, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
Support sales and business development teams with go-to-market strategies, sales enablement materials, and lead generation programs.
Monitor and optimize marketing performance using data and analytics.


Communications & Public Relations


Lead corporate communications, including internal communications, executive messaging, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage public relations activities, media relations, press releases, and thought leadership.
Ensure consistent and clear communication with external stakeholders, partners, and clients.
Oversee crisis communication and reputation management when required.


Brand Management


Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
Ensure brand consistency in marketing materials, presentations, proposals, and public communications.
Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and creative direction.


Team & Vendor Management


Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing and communications team.
Manage external agencies, consultants, and vendors to deliver marketing objectives efficiently.
Set clear KPIs and performance expectations for the team.


Budget & Reporting


Develop and manage the marketing and communications budget.
Track ROI on marketing initiatives and provide regular performance reports to executive management.


Content, Digital & Marketing Oversight


Provide strategic oversight for all content, digital, and marketing initiatives across the organization.
Define and manage the content strategy, including thought leadership, website content, social media, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.
Lead digital marketing efforts across paid, owned, and earned channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
Ensure alignment between content, digital channels, and broader marketing and communications strategies.
Monitor content and digital performance metrics and optimize strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversion.


Required Skills and Competencies

Experience and Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is an advantage).
8 - 12 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with at least 3 - 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience marketing SaaS platforms, enterprise software solutions, or government digitalisation projects.
Experience supporting government tenders, bids, or public-sector technology initiatives is a strong advantage.
