Key Responsibilities


Division-Specific Growth Strategies: Secure corporate contracts for Car Hire, lead high- value tenders for Security Services, and drive occupancy and banquet revenue for Hospitality.
Strategic Brand & Digital Management: Maintain a premium brand image and direct digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Operational Leadership: Set and monitor sales targets, implement a group-wide CRM, and work with Finance on competitive pricing models.
Commercial Acumen: Strong focus on revenue generation, scalability, and closing high- stakes contracts.
Strategic Expansion: Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure new markets, and deliver results in unfamiliar environments.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Social Sciences; MBA is a significant advantage.
Membership in the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) or similar.
12+ years in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role within a multi-sector Nigerian group.
Strong experience in market entry strategy and execution across African markets.
Specific experience in service-based marketing (Logistics or Hospitality) preferred.
Deep understanding of the Lagos market and cross-border business operations, including legal, cultural, and economic dynamics.
French language skills are an added advantage, but not a requirement.
