Proven expertise in Real Estate, Property Management, Hospitality, or Lifestyle marketing.
Strong digital marketing skills (SEO, SEM, CRM, automation).
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's an advantage)
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the TSAVO Lifestyle marketing strategy and annual plan.
Drive resident acquisition and retention to achieve high occupancy rates.
Lead digital campaigns and brand-building initiatives for TSAVO Lifestyle.
Oversee content creation showcasing community, amenities, and resident experience.
Manage Lifestyle community platforms and resident engagement activities.
Set and track KPIs; lead and coach the Lifestyle marketing team.
