Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Must have a Master's Degree or MBA is an added advantage)
10 years of proven years of experience as a Head of Operations, Operations Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and operational software.
