Design and execute an innovative pastry program rooted in classic French technique.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A Pastry/Culinary degree
+ 7 years in a luxury environment (3+ as Head of Pastry).
Lead, mentor and inspire the pastry team to uphold five-star standards.
Oversee all pastry operations, ensuring excellence in taste, presentation and consistency.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene (HACCP), cost control and premium ingredientsourcing.
Mandatory expertise in French pastry: viennoiserie, entremets, plated desserts, and chocolate/sugar work.
Proven ability to blend artistry, innovation and flavour.
An inspiring leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
