Head of Pricing-Industrial Distribution /Engineering at MPRTC Recruitment

An established industrial business is seeking an experienced Head of Pricing to lead pricing strategy, governance, and profitability initiatives across multiple branches and regions. The role focuses on improving margin performance, implementing structured pricing frameworks, and driving data-led commercial decisions in collaboration with sales, finance, procurement, and operations teams.


Requirements:


8 - 15 years' experience in pricing, commercial strategy, revenue management, or similar roles
Experience in industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution environments
Proven experience with pricing strategy, margin management, and profitability analysis
Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working across multiple branches, business units, or regions
Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and pricing systems
Ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders
Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
Multi-country pricing experience will be advantageous
