This is a founding-level execution role. You will be responsible for acquiring thousands of landlords — without relying on traditional agents.

What You Will Own
Landlord Acquisition
Design and execute strategies to onboard landlords at scale
Build pipelines via:
Estate associations
Property developers
Facility managers
Direct outreach
Create repeatable, scalable acquisition channels
Onboarding & Activation
Build a seamless onboarding process for landlords
Ensure listings go live fast with high-quality data (pricing, images, details)
Drive landlord activation (not just signups)
Field Operations
Recruit and manage inspection/verification agents
Oversee property verification, photography, and listing quality
Build efficient on-ground operations across key areas
What We're Looking For
Core Requirements
4 - 8+ years experience in:
Marketplace growth, operations, or supply acquisition
OR real estate business development at scale
Proven experience acquiring and managing supply (vendors, partners, landlords, drivers, merchants, etc.)
Strong field execution ability — you can get things done, not just plan
Experience building systems and processes from scratch
Data-driven mindset with strong operational discipline
Ideal Background
Experience in:
Logistics, ride-hailing, or marketplace startups
Real estate platforms or property management
Existing network of landlords, developers, or property managers
Experience launching or scaling operations in Lagos
