Responsible for ensuring the projects kick off and the budgets are delivered.
Defines processes/procedures for the successful administration of the project.
Ensures the transition of the partnership from collaboration to joint venture.

Guides the solution roadmap-ensuring it aligns with AGL values ÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂâÃÂÃÂÃÂÃÂand development initiative.

Responsible for overall administrative functions of the Unit
Oversee business development activities for Projects, Transit solutions and Transport using own fleet (general & heavy lifts)
Monitor the Business Unit services to ensure that they are in line with customer expectations
Ensure the Operations are in compliance with statutory requirements
Determine and meet resource requirements including labour, equipment and investments in order to achieve the organization's goals
Establish and sustain relationships with strategic partners including, KRA, other government agencies and customers
Plan and oversee the execution of daily operational activities
Prepare annual budgets for the BU.
Profile
Master's degree in business
Knowledge of Logistics-Clearing and Forwarding.
Minimum 6 years relevant experience in a busy logistics environment.
