Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields, MBA or Masters Degree is a strong advantage, Professional certifications such as PMP, NIQS and COREN (highly required) with a minimum of 12 years experience with at least 3 to 4 years in a senior leadership role.
