Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (MBA or Masters degree is a strong advantage.) with a minimum of 12 years experience (with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role); Professional certifications such as PMP, NIQS and COREN are highly required.
