Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Revenue to lead our commercial growth and strengthen our market presence.
The Head of Revenue will be responsible for driving the company's revenue growth while ensuring a consistent and predictable sales pipeline. This role combines hands-on selling, strategic leadership, and sales process management.
The successful candidate will lead the sales team, close high-value deals, and ensure the company consistently meets its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & Sales Execution:
Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Personally close strategic and high-value client accounts.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline (minimum 3× monthly revenue target).
Ensure pricing discipline, strong proposal quality, and timely follow-up with prospects.
Sales Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage Media Sales Executives.
Set individual and team sales targets and track performance.
Provide coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness and closing rates
Sales Process & Reporting:
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent usage across the sales team.
Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Strengthen adherence to sales processes and performance tracking.
Strategic Commercial Development:
Identify growth opportunities across key industries and target markets.
Develop strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
Work with marketing and operations teams to improve market positioning and revenue generation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Finance to ensure efficient invoicing, payment tracking, and commission processes.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth campaign execution and client delivery.
Support People & Culture on sales recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieve at least 95% of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Maintain a sales pipeline at minimum 3× monthly revenue targets.
Close high-value strategic deals representing ≥30% of monthly revenue targets.
Deliver sales forecasts with at least 90% accuracy.
Education Qualification and Experience
HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
6 - 10 years of sales experience, with a strong record of revenue generation.
Experience in media, advertising, OOH, digital signage, or technology-enabled services is highly desirable.
