Job Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
Leadership:
Coordinate the sales department to meet company\'s sales target
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Product Knowledge and Sales Presentations:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services.
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits to clients.
Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Skilfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Close sales deals and secure contracts with new and existing clients.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.
