‎FMR Agency is recruiting a high-performing Head of Sales to drive aggressive revenue growth and market expansion for a fast-growing fashion and retail organization.
‎The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building high-performing teams, expanding distribution channels, and driving revenue performance across multiple sales segments. This role requires a results-driven sales leader who can combine strategic thinking with strong execution to achieve ambitious growth targets.
‎Ultimately, you will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a scalable sales organization capable of supporting business expansion.


‎Key Responsibilities


‎Develop and execute the company's overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
‎Identify and penetrate new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
‎Build, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
‎Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics across the sales team.
‎Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to maximize results
‎Develop sales forecasting models and revenue growth plans.
‎Build and manage relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
‎Lead negotiations for major deals and partnerships.
‎Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to strengthen sales execution.
‎Implement sales systems and processes that support scalable growth
‎Drive expansion into new territories and retail channel


‎Requirements


‎Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
‎MBA or advanced business qualification is an added advantage
‎5+ years' experience in sales leadership roles
‎Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue targets
‎Experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
‎Experience within retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is preferred.
