This is a leadership role for a senior sales professional who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and lead a high-performing B2B sales team.
Role Highlights:
Own and execute the overall sales strategy
Drive revenue growth across corporate & key accounts
Lead, mentor, and scale the sales team
Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities
Work closely with operations & marketing for seamless delivery
Ideal Background:
8 - 15 years in B2B sales
4+ years in a senior sales leadership role
Experience in branding / printing / signage / advertising / visual solutions / B2B services
Strong exposure to corporate and institutional clients
Location: East Africa
