Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives. Drive aggressive but sustainable revenue targets across projects and product lines.
Oversee the full sales pipeline from lead generation to project closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and consistent deal conversion. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions where necessary.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and departmental targets. Establish performance KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and foster a high-performance culture.
Identify new business opportunities within residential, commercial, and corporate segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and key decision-makers. Strengthen relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, pricing benchmarks, and competitor strategies. Provide strategic insights to support product positioning and expansion initiatives.
Work closely with project, production, and design teams to ensure seamless project handovers and client satisfaction. Ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, timelines, and cost.
Prepare and manage the departmental sales budget to optimize cost efficiency and ROI. Provide regular performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Minimum 7+ years' experience in Sales & Team Management
Proven experience in wood products, interior design, fit-outs, or related industry (Mandatory)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and business development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability
