Interested candidates should posses a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred and certifications in digital marketing, sales management, or strategic business development advantageous with a minimum of 12 years progressive experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership within fintech, banking, or financial services; minimum of 7 years in a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability.
