Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability targets
Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to deliver high performance
Strengthen existing distribution channels and expand into new markets, including exports
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Oversee sales and marketing budgets and ensure effective resource utilization
Use market insights and data to inform decision-making and improve performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in line with quality and operational standards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of plans


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
An MBA will be an added advantage
Minimum of 6 - 8 years' experience in a sales leadership role within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in B2B and distributor-led sales models
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
