The Head of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, marketing direction, and brand positioning of the business. This role requires a results-driven leader who can blend creativity, analytical insight, and commercial acumen to grow revenue, expand market share, and enhance the customer experience across our furniture and home décor retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across retail stores, online platforms, and wholesale channels.
Lead and manage the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales KPIs.
Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for optimum results.
Oversee pricing strategies, discount policies, and promotional campaigns to ensure profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and corporate clients.


Marketing & Brand Management


Create and execute integrated marketing plans to strengthen brand visibility and attract target audiences.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, paid ads, and SEO/SEM strategies.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to align product launches and campaigns with seasonal trends and customer demand.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, store displays, and communication materials.
Manage public relations and event marketing to enhance brand recognition.


Business Development


Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships.
Explore expansion opportunities in new geographic markets and sales channels.
Develop corporate and contract sales programs for hospitality, offices, and real estate developers.


Leadership & Team Development


Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
Conduct regular training to enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement skills.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum 7 years of proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, preferably in retail, furniture, home décor industries or FCMG.
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of retail marketing, e-commerce, and customer engagement strategies.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
