Responsibilities
Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures and manage Lead the Service Department with full accountability for P&L performance, revenue growth, margin improvement, and achievement of all financial KPIs.
Develop and execute a commercial strategy for aftersales services, focusing on expanding service revenue streams, increasing contract value, and identifying new business opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, MBA/MSC Electrical Engineering is preferred
Minimum of 8-10 years' experience in the electrical/ renewable energy sector with at least 3 years after sales experience
Hands on experience in managing a Service business.
Proficient in ERP/CRM/ service-related programs.
