Qualifications, experience and skills
An appropriate qualification from a recognised institution
Minimum three years' experience in a similar position
Current SACE registration
Leadership skills to develop the sports department
Good organisational and administrative skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work professionally with management, staff and parents
Effective sports practitioner
Excellent communication skills
Ability to identify possible problems and provide feasible solutions
Effective leadership qualities and ability to deliver professional advice
A clear criminal record is essential
