Deliver engaging Life Orientation lessons at matric level.
Plan, prepare, and assess consistently and collaboratively.
Set and mark assessments and other forms of student evaluation.
Establish a nurturing teaching environment that promotes engaged learning.
Teach extra lessons when required.
Participate fully in the High School's extramural programme.
Produce high-quality resources for students.
Respond to emails and telephone messages within 24 hours.
Attend school events and special occasions as determined by the Head.

Qualifications, experience and skills
SACE registration (essential).
Appropriately qualified Life Orientation teacher.
Matric LO teaching experience (essential).
Minimum of 3 years IEB teaching experience (advantageous).
IEB matric marking experience (advantageous).
Ability to teach Creative Arts (advantageous).
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
Good organisational and administrative skills.
Energetic, creative, self-motivated, and innovative teaching style.
Professional behaviour regarding punctuality, standards of work, and conduct.
Thorough understanding of assessment standards.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
