Summary
The Company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Technology to lead all technology, systems, and digital transformation initiatives across the organisation. This role oversees technology strategy, product development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and all platforms used by the business. The Head of Technology will guide a growing technical team, ensure system reliability, and build scalable, secure solutions that enable the Company's long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Company's overall technology strategy and roadmap.
Lead software development, product architecture, integrations, and automation initiatives.
Oversee all IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and cloud environments to ensure stability and security.
Strengthen cybersecurity policies, data protection practices, and compliance standards.
Manage internal systems such as HRMIS, ERP, finance tools, CRM, and business intelligence platforms.
Drive adoption of AI, automation, and modern digital tools across departments.
Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into technical solutions.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology and IT support team.
Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, licences, and procurement.
Ensure seamless delivery, uptime, disaster recovery, and user experience across all systems.
Lead technology governance, documentation, standard operating procedures, and quality control.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in software development, IT management, or technology leadership.
Demonstrated track record delivering scalable systems, cloud solutions, and modern architectures.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity, data management, and systems integration.
Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional technology projects.
Knowledge of HRMIS/ERP platforms, cloud tools (Google Workspace, AWS, Azure), APIs, and automation technologies is preferred.
