Kaplo Africa is recruiting to fill the position of: Head of Unit Call Centre. The position is located in Lagos State. Salary: N350,000 per month. Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Relationship Management, Social Sciences, or a related field with 710 years progressive experience in customer service or call centre operations, with at least 34 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
