The Head, Regulatory and Corporate Governance will lead the development and execution of Ikeja Electric's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, sustainability, data protection, and regulatory stakeholder engagement strategy. This role carries primary accountability for the organization's compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and corporate governance standards, and acts as a key strategic advisor to Management and the Board on governance, regulatory, and risk matters. The incumbent will drive a strong culture of ethical conduct, transparency, accountability, and robust risk management across the organization, positioning compliance as a strategic enabler of sustainable business performance, not merely a control function.

Experience in Policy formulation and implementation.
Minimum of 10yrs experience with at least 5 years in a comparable role & level.
Legal, Governance and Regulatory Stakeholder experience will be an advantage
