Job Description


We are seeking a commercially driven and highly connected professional to lead our Sales & Business Development function.
This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced business development expert with a strong track record in institutional sales, relationship management, and investment solutions within the financial services industry.


Key Responsibilities


Drive institutional and strategic partnership opportunities
Lead retail and institutional client relationship management efforts
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
Achieve agreed sales targets and Assets Under Management (AUM) goals
Lead investment team roadshows, presentations, RFPs, and client engagements
Build strong relationships with prospects, consultants, and key stakeholders
Customize investment solutions to meet client needs
Support ongoing business growth and market expansion initiatives


Requirements


Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales or Business Development within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of investment management, money markets, and capital markets operations
Proven experience managing institutional relationships and driving AUM growth
Excellent business development, negotiation, and sales planning skills
Strong understanding of financial market products and investment solutions
MBA or a relevant business qualification is an added advantage
