Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or a related field, or an MBA or relevant Masters Degree (e.g., MSc in Strategic HR), with 12 15 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacitypreferably within the oil and gas, energy, or large-scale industrial sectors.
