Ensure high academic standards across all sections (Early Years, & Primary,)
Supervise theHeads of Departments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, inspection, and accreditation requirements.
Lead staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
Manage stakeholder relationships including parents, board members, partners, and regulators.
Uphold strong ethical standards, discipline, and school culture.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 5 years experience.
