Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation of CBC curriculum requirements
Monitor lesson planning, schemes of work, teaching aids and teaching effectiveness
Set teacher performance targets and manage appraisals
Manage teacher discipline and participate in teacher recruitment
Supervise extracurricular activities, school trips, events and projects
Monitor PP2 performance and support Grade 1 transition/interviews
Oversee examinations and test-setting
Supervise the caretaker, kitchen, stores and library
Manage parent engagement, admissions and new student intake
Oversee fees collection, petty cash and school transport/bus management
