Health and Safety Officer at Mini Group

The Health and Safety Officer will oversee safety operations, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance with health and safety laws.


Key Duties & Responsibilities


Lead safety programs and ensure compliance with SASRA, OSHA, and NEMA.
Conduct safety inspections and ensure PPE use.
Investigate accidents, report findings, and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver safety training and maintain safety records.


Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science or Occupational Safety & Health.
5+ years in a safety role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.
Certification in Safety & Health is a plus.
