Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abuja for a Healthcare Customer Service Manager.
The role involves overseeing daily customer service operations, managing a team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices to enhance service quality.
The manager will also handle client interactions, address concerns, and develop strategies to improve customer relations and service efficiency within the organization.


Qualifications


Demonstrated expertise in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service Management, and Customer Support
Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and service improvement
Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client and team interactions
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer-centric results
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the healthcare industry or diagnostic services is a plus
