KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage and convert company provided real estate leads
Conduct structured follow-up calls and WhatsApp engagements
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain accurate pipeline and daily reporting
Follow up on spread payment clients until full closure
Escalate hot prospects strategically (not emotionally)
Protect company client data and confidentiality
Work collaboratively with management during closing phase
Maintain disciplined CRM documentation
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION
This is a performance based role.
You will be evaluated on:
Conversion rate
Follow-up consistency
Response time
Revenue closed
Objection handling competence
Pipeline documentation accuracy
REQUIREMENTS
Must Have:
Minimum 2 years telesales experience
Experience selling high value products (Real Estate is an advantage)
Strong objection handling skills
Clear spoken English
Strong WhatsApp sales communication skills
Emotional intelligence and negotiation ability
High sense of accountability
Must be a Female
Added Advantage:
Real estate sales experience
Experience with installment based sales
