Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for technical, engineering, project management, and blue-collar/craft labor roles.
Industry Sourcing: Utilize specialized networks, job boards, and headhunting tactics to attract passive talent in the Oil & Gas and fabrication sectors (e.g., AWS/ASME certified inspectors, structural engineers, pipefitters, and QA/QC managers).
Workforce Planning: Partner closely with Project Managers and Operations Directors to forecast upcoming project staffing needs based on contract wins and fabrication schedules.
Compliance & Safety Literacy: Ensure all candidates meet strict industry compliance, medical, and safety standardsbefore mobilization.
Vendor & Agency Management: Oversee relationships with specialized third-party manning agencies and technical staffing vendors.
Onboarding & Mobilization: Coordinate the smooth onboarding of personnel, including managing the logistics of dispatching crew to fabrication yards or offshore locations if required.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (relevant industry experience can substitute).
Strict Requirement: Candidates without prior recruitment experience in Oil & Gas, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), or heavy steel/industrial fabrication will not be considered.
Experience: 2+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience,dedicated to the Oil & Gas or heavy fabrication sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of fabrication yard operations, offshore/onshore project structures, and technical terminology.
Network: An existing, robust pipeline of engineering and skilled trade contacts.
ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques.
