Your Role

With our business expanding rapidly, the Spare Parts Center of the After-Sales Service Department is looking for an experienced Spare Parts Supervisor to oversee parts operations and ensure efficient parts flow and cost optimization.
As the Spare Parts Supervisor, you will be fully responsible for the operation management of the spare parts center within the after-sales service department.
You will be the controller of key metrics and processes — developing spare parts demand plans, coordinating procurement requests, inbound inspection, warehousing management, and outbound distribution; monitoring inventory levels, optimizing stock structure, and reducing obsolete inventory ratios; managing the recycling, returning to factory, and scrap appraisal of used parts.
Your goal is to ensure timely supply of repair parts and data accuracy while effectively controlling parts logistics costs.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Control & Planning: Develop monthly/quarterly spare parts demand plans based on historical repair data and sales forecasts; monitor inventory turnover, set safety stock alert levels to prevent shortages or overstocking; organize regular stocktaking to ensure consistency between records and physical inventory; analyze causes of obsolete inventory and promote disposal solutions (e.g., substitution, discounted sales).
Warehousing & Logistics: Handle inbound/outbound inspection, registration, stacking, and system data entry for spare parts; implement the FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principle; maintain warehouse temperature, humidity, and dust-proof standards to ensure parts quality; manage safety measures against fire, theft, and moisture.
Used Parts & Quality Control: Establish used parts return and appraisal processes; supervise technicians' compliance with used parts return requirements; collaborate with the Technical Supervisor to appraise returned used parts and determine warranty liability; track feedback on manufacturers' parts quality, compile batch quality issues and report to superiors; supervise environmentally friendly disposal or destruction of scrap parts.
Data Analysis & Cost Control: Generate spare parts inventory reports and analyze consumption across service outlets; calculate repair material costs and participate in developing the repair pricing system; review parts requisition documents to prevent false claims.

What We're Looking For

Education: Associate degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or related fields.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing or parts management; prior experience in the home appliance industry is preferred;
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and Excel data processing;
Familiar with home appliance product structures and common parts characteristics.
Skills:

Strong data analysis capabilities and cost control awareness;
Excellent communication and coordination skills and team management ability;
Basic reading and writing proficiency in English or local Nigerian languages.
