KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute regional HORECA and institutional sales plans and achieve set targets.
Identify, onboard, and manage key accounts such as hotels, restaurants, bakeries, schools, hospitals, and cleaning service companies.
Promote the full product portfolio with strong product knowledge and application support.
Build trusted relationships with procurement teams and operational decision-makers.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide regular reports.
Manage sales administration, forecasting, and coordination of orders, deliveries, and credit.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and technical consultants to support trials, demonstrations, and activations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Food Science.
3-5 years' experience in FMCG sales, with exposure to food service, catering, or hygiene products strongly preferred.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding territory coverage.
Knowledge of edible oils, fats, margarine, soaps, or cleaning detergents is a strong advantage.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
