St. Dominic Catholic Hospital is seeking a dedicated Horticulturist/Agricultural Scientist to manage and maintain the hospital's green environment, support landscaping activities, and contribute to environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain hospital gardens, lawns, and green areas.
Plan and implement landscaping and beautification projects.
Cultivate and manage plants, flowers, and trees within the hospital premises.
Ensure proper irrigation, soil management, and plant health.
Implement environmentally sustainable practices.
Advise management on agricultural or landscaping improvements.
Requirements
Education:
Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
Experience:
Relevant experience in agricultural management is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of horticulture and plant care
Ability to manage outdoor projects
Attention to detail and environmental awareness
Creativity in landscaping.
