Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations within the hospital
Supervise non-clinical staff including front office, cleaners, and support personnel.
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
Manage hospital inventory, procurement, and vendor relations.
Handle facility scheduling, appointments, and general coordination of patient services.
Participate in strategic planning and quality improvement processes.
Maintain accurate records and handle sensitive patient and staff information confidentially.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of a Diploma in Health Systems Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. (A Degree is an added advantage.)
At least 3 years' relevant experience in an administrative role within a healthcare facility.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and hospital management systems. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Ministry of Health regulations, licensing, and SHA processes
Medical or clinical background will have an added advantage.
