Overall Responsibility
The administrator will provide overall leadership and operational oversight of the facility, ensuring efficient service delivery, financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, quality and patient safety, positive patient experience, staff performance, and achievement of the facility's strategic and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and coordination of the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Drive achievement of the facility's operational, financial, quality, patient experience, and growth targets.
Develop, implement, and monitor facility operational plans, budgets, and performance improvement initiatives.
Monitor revenue performance, expenditure, collections, cost control, and resource utilization, and take timely corrective action on identified variances.
Identify and implement opportunities for revenue growth, service expansion, operational efficiency, and business development.
Ensure adequate staffing, effective workforce deployment, staff discipline, performance management, and employee engagement in collaboration with the Human Resources function.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective collaboration and seamless delivery of services across all departments.
Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare laws and regulations, organizational policies, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and quality management systems.
Champion quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives across the facility.
Monitor patient experience and service standards, including waiting times, patient feedback, complaints, and resolution of service-related concerns.
Monitor key facility performance indicators and prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, gaps, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
Identify operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented and monitored.
Job Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Health Services Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years' progressive experience in healthcare administration or management, preferably within a hospital or private healthcare setting.
Demonstrated experience in managing healthcare operations, people, and facility performance.
Demonstrated understanding of healthcare quality management, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and accreditation requirements.
Good understanding of healthcare financial and operational performance, including revenue management, cost control, and resource optimization.
