KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
Build meaningful guest relationships and create memorable experiences
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and confidently promote food, beverage and wine offerings
Maximise sales opportunities through effective upselling
Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and professionalism
Work collaboratively within a high-performing hospitality team
CRITERIA
Minimum of 2 years' previous experience within a 5-star hotel, restaurant, wine estate or similar establishment
Proficient in hospitality POS System
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident upselling and sales ability
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Charming, engaging and guest-centric personality
Passion for hospitality and service excellence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
