Business Development: Identify and secure new clients across corporate, travel, and leisure segments.

Sales Strategy: Execute sales plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Market Insights: Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.
Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Collaboration: Work with marketing and operations to deliver seamless service.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Marketing.
Proven experience in sales within hotels, resorts, or travel services.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Willingness to travel and attend client meetings/events.
