Hostess - Healthcare -Somerset West at Tsebo Solution

We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-driven Hostess to join our team. This role is all about creating a welcoming environment, supporting residents during mealtimes, and helping ensure each dining experience feels comfortable, caring, and enjoyable.


Duties & Responsibilities


Welcome residents warmly as they arrive for meals
Assist residents to their tables and provide support where needed
Prepare dining areas before service (lay tables, ensure cleanliness, set up beverages)
Serve drinks, assist with meal service, and respond to resident requests
Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in dining areas
Communicate resident needs or concerns to the catering and care teams
Build positive, caring relationships with residents to enhance their dining experience
